Why Not Smile? :)

My goal each morning is to see how many people I can make smile today!

Our Life Experience is a series of Present Moments. They are not necessarily good or bad, right or wrong, but rather just are what we see them as. A key that I have found is that we don’t see the world as it is, we see it as we are. So it seems that it takes about the same amount of energy and intention in any Present Moment to be in a “good mood” as it does to be in a “bad mood.” Since Life is a sum of our choices, we have the ability and responsibility to make a decision as to what we want To Be.

Making a choice To Be Happy does not mean that you ignore your surroundings, family and friends, or your present Life Situation. What we can do is decide to be what we want to see which will then influence what we look at in that moment. If we pay attention, we will often see that our world is really just a reflection of our own inner thoughts expressing themselves in the persons and things we attract from said thoughts. I tell people that is began my Awakening, I would get up each morning and apply a thick balm of “madness repellent.” As I became better at managing my thoughts, I found that now I can use a light spritz of the repellent as I attract what I AM.

As we accept responsibility for all of our choices; mood, food, music, news, conversations and activities or lack thereof; we remove the victim mentality and restore our power to be what we intend to be. Our happiness is in our choice of thoughts, not what someone else thinks. This gives us the freedom to improve our Life Experience at each Present Moment knowing that there is a Lesson to be gleaned from each Present Moment; and that depends on what we think we are Being. So why not smile, think thoughts that make you feel good and then face the present moment?

How are We connected?

Gregg Braden has said one of the more important questions we can ask is “Who am I?” The answer to this question can then lead us to a much deeper understanding of our Self and the world we create around us. When we go way back to what can be said in some writings, “In the beginning …”, there was nothing physical existing, but out of a thought from the Initial Source there began the creation of matter, energy and Being. So if we liken this to a small pea which contained all that was to come forth as the thoughts and thus The Universe continually expands, we can see that everything started from the same Source, which means everything has an original connection.

tumblr_lzqbhg4Vhe1qzn4as

“Thought that is projected, now thinks. So it’s not possible to separate the thinker from the thought, because the thinker thinks a thought, and then the thought thinks and becomes a thinker, and then the thought, that was a thought that is now a thinker, thinks another thought, which becomes a thinker, also. And so, there is a constant summoning of Life Force. Now, a thought that is thought longer becomes Thought Form. A thought that is thought upon by many, becomes Thought Form. A thought that is thought upon by many, in a very clear undiluted fashion, as from Nonphysical Perspective where there is no resistance, becomes physical matter. That’s why the physical universe is a by-product of the Nonphysical attention or focus. So, the Nonphysical Energy that created this physical mass from the Energy of the Universe, the mass itself, now becomes a thought that is thinking, that is attracting the Energy.”

Realizing that we are all connected to EVERYTHING and EVERYONE should change the way we look at others, not as enemies, rather as a separate expression of ourselves in other beings, all one family. And as we are all one family, then why don’t we  begin to look for the most loving way to interact with every Being we encounter?

Gregg Braden explains this in a series by Gaia called  “Missing Links” and in a Gregg Braden Q&A with Gaia

BEing what You Want…

fb_img_1477227396467

On our Life Path, we grow and we awaken. As we awaken to the knowledge of our True Self, what we want in our Life Experience changes. Wherever we are on the rise from merely existing to becoming “enlightened”, this is a personal marker to gauge our own progress rather than where we are compared to another person. When we reduce our comparison with others, we allow ourselves a freedom to Be whom we are and others to be whom they are with less divisiveness.

In our search for many things or states of existence; such as a mate or a friend, Happiness or Peace, or just a getaway place; we are often looking outside of of our Self to find what we are looking for. When we start paying attention to what we are BEing at the Present Moment and then seeing what we are BEing most of the time, we will begin to see a correlation to what our “search engine” produces. When we are being Happy, Friendly or Kind, we can expect to “find” more of the same returns. Conversely, when we are angry, sad or bitter, we will have that reflected back to us.

fb_img_1477917142309

So when we start to see that we get back what we ARE BEING, we must then start BEing what we want.It takes small steps and thought patterns, but when we do the small, simple things well, daily or better yet in each Present Moment, we will change our world. As more do the same, we change the World.

What are you BEing?

Keep smiling! My Love, Peace and Happiness to you

Letting Go to BE Happy

“It is said that most people spend their lives regretting the past and fearing the future; therefore, they are unable to experience joy in the present.”
David R. Hawkins, Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender

What might a primary obstacle to our freedom to Be Happy? One thing that many of us DO often is compare. When we compare, we are necessarily setting up sides, duality or maybe an either/or scenario. We are all individuals, there are currently 7 billion + of us rotating around the Sun on this small rock we call Earth 🙂 That is a lot of individuality to contend with if we choose to do so.

enjoy your life

When we look at ourselves, we could find many different areas to compare our self with others: physically, financially, mentally and spiritually just to name a few. In any of the many areas we could choose, there will be someone that has more or less than you do, or is more or less proficient than you. When most persons are asked about “Darwin’s Theory,” they usually say “That the Strongest will survive.”  We then take this to mean that we must compete and be better than others to survive. The principle of Darwin’s theory is actually “survival of the Fittest,” which implies that all would work together to ensure that all would benefit. When we become comfortable with our uniqueness and begin to Love our Self for who and what we are, we relinquish the need for comparison to others.

The next step is to understand that the past does not change and the future never gets here. Looking back in time often causes regret and looking ahead creates anxiety. Everything that we Experience is Now, in a series of Present Moments. So right now as you read this, how is your Life Situation? You do have a choice right now to BE; why not choose to be happy?

Letting go of the comparison of things is also easier when we realize that we are often comparing ourselves to someone else’s highlight reel!

How Do We Implement Change?

When we look at what composes our Life Experience, it helps to notice that it does not occur in years, not months, not even days. It is a series of Present Moments that can, if you like, be strung together to form a timeline of events of your preferential designation. Some have said, “Don’t sweat the small stuff!” I’d like to implore that we should BE cognizant, of and in, each Present Moment. How you decide to look at it, will determine what you get out these moments. If one looks for the beauty or the madness of The Moment, they will find it.

So often if we dwell on the past, we can experience some form of regret; and if we dwell on the future, we can experience some form of anxiety. Now, I ask you at this Present Moment, what is wrong? 🙂

This is a simple practice of being appreciative and attentive in the Now. So how does this relate to change? Just as our Life Experience occurs in small increments, so does the process of change with our Self. We often are looking for some large, noble event to signify our change, growth or awakening.

The beginning of change starts with each of us, first. As we note that our physical growth occurs over time in small increments, similarly, our Awakening, both mentally and spiritually, occur in small increments. It is a process for our Self. Also know that the one person that you have 100% control over is You. You don’t control others though you can be an influence, a light, a guide; but they have to make their own change to their Self. As we awaken, our light shines brighter and our world get lighter. The change we seek begins one person at a time, over a series of time but just like a ripple in a body of water, it can continue to travel in ever widening circles. Improve yourself, improve your world!

How is Your Life Flowing?

2016-03-31 08.13.46

When we look around at our individual situation right now, what we see depends on our point of view.

A theme to my Life Experience is, “We don’t see the world as it is, we see it the way we are.” Each of us has a unique perspective when we view a situation. The same situation can and will have a different meaning for each person; and that is OK. In each Present Moment, we have a choice as to how or what we are going to BE. We think “I am happy and grateful” and our view of our surroundings will from a positive view. Conversely, when we think “I am really perturbed or frustrated”, our perspective will tend to be a bit negative. in short though, our point of view is influenced by how we are in the moment.

2016-03-29 01.38.48

React v. Respond

As a situation or event unfolds in front of us, we have a choice in how we are going to handle it. One of my earlier teachers in my awakening taught me to think ten times before I speak. Thought travels at 24 billion miles per second so there is not actually a long delay in the response. The practice of hearing, listening, thinking and BEing in a particular state of mind before commenting or acting allows for One to respond with intention rather than to react to the situation with sometimes unintended feelings, emotions, words and/or actions.

2016-03-20 01.37.29

As we allow ourselves to BE in a state of Peace, Happiness and Love, and looking for the lesson we are to learn from it, our view of a situation will let is be “responsable” rather than reactive. You are constantly in the flow of the stream of the Universe; you can decide whether to paddle upstream against the current or use the paddles to guide you downstream with the current. It is then not a matter of ignoring unpleasant situations but rather adjusting our point of view which then allows us to maintain a “Calm in the Storm of the Life situation.”

A Judge Needs Opposition

judge less

When we encounter other persons on a daily basis, we have an option as to how we view each of them. That is one of our freedoms: Choice. And at each Present Moment we have a choice on how we are going to BE. We don’t see the world as IT IS, we see it they way WE ARE.

2016-02-29 00.38.24

If we are in a less the Love state of Being, we ofttimes see things, people and events from lower energy points of view such as shame, grief, fear or pride. From this level of consciousness, our view will necessarily created opposition by utilizing and Us v. Them mindset. In order for one to judge another there are usually opposing sides or points of view. In retrospect, we in our present state of consciousness create this opposition.

theirlevel

By raising our vibration or state of consciousness to Being Love, we reduce the comparison of people and events. We see that they are not good or bad, they just are, and we have the choice to see them in whatever light we can for the optimal outcome in that present moment. With our interactions with people, as we view them with Love, it becomes easier to see that we are all from the same Source, all on our Journey to enlightenment. We don’t all start in the same place or take the same Path, and that’s OK. Look to understand where a person is on their Path, it is theirs, not yours. As we judge others less, we reduce division and opposition. The goal of Unity and Peace becomes more attainable for ourselves.

In your Present Moment, begin to look at your Life Experience with Love and see if what is presented to you changes.

Your Choice is Your Freedom

2013-12-25 13.21.08

We have probably heard that when we blame someone or something, we give that someone our power or that something power over us. Each of us are on Our Path, we grow, we learn, we awaken. We see our Life Experience and we have thoughts, feelings and emotions about where we are and what we are. We can question how we got here and why we are here. In all of our dealings on our Path, we have choices. We choose what we want to believe created the world we live in, we choose whom we want to believe is The Creator, The Universe, God, you can use what name you are familiar with as there are many names used.

One thing that keeps Us apart is division. Sounds simple, yes? On one level, when we see ourselves as separate from our Source, we are creating a division. We then see a division between all the things that the Source has made. So if we now blame The Source for our Life Experience, we are relinquishing our power AND responsibility for where we are.

12764800_1061450073875344_5830710417396023431_o

Going back to our ability to choose, well let’s go all the way back to our “beginning.” When we prescribe to the idea that we chose to be here, we chose our parents, we chose this Life Experience; it was so we could grow, then awaken to our knowledge of Self and then influence our world. WE ARE connected to The Source,  as we are the source, the universe. If we stop talking about The Source in third person and start living all the ancient texts and scriptures as say an autobiography, we regain our power and relinquish the separateness of all that is. The Universe is Love, Peace, Happiness and One. It is The Source of everything.

2014-08-03 20.45.02

When we choose to BE Love, Peace and Happiness by thinking, saying and then being – “I Am Love,” we are then being The Universe. This choice gives us the freedom to know that we create our world, we have the power to influence what it will be. This is choosing to take responsibility for our Life Experience, no more blaming, now just living in our power to create our world.

What Is Your Gift and Passion?

Many of us do lots of things well. What is your passion in Life? Do we have to search for it and where do we look? There are some things that we do that are very easy for us, sometimes, so much so that we don’t even notice that we are doing them. A passion for us can be something that we do that makes us and others smile, be happy or have that warm, feeling.

There are times in your search for your passion that you might have to look to a friend who then shows you the way back into yourself for the answer. You have a Trinity of Source: me, myself and I. Ofttimes we have an external Trinity of spirits known as friends that can also assist to guide us on our Path.

image

I am very fortunate to have my Trinity of angels to help me on my Path! They are each a Light brightening my Path as well as all they come in contact with.  Fonda FrederickStaci Tye and Stephanie Richardson have asked me questions of myself which lead me deeper inside my Being. They would tell me there were ways I was affecting people through various interactions that I wasn’t always either aware of or paying attention to when I was doing them. They each have so much Love and Inspiration within them and are always bringing that out of people they are around.

We talk about the ways we each affect others and how we can do these things easily, effortlessly. These things are your Gifts, they are to be given away, and when used properly, they bless both the recipient and the giver.Stephanie and I call them our little superpowers and each other X-Men 🙂

Some of our best teachers show us where to look but not what to see. Look within your Self and find those things you do that make you happy, your Gifts, your Passion; then as you find your Light, let it shine and brighten your world. This will in turn begin to brighten The World.
